Life situations from the point of view of citizens and entrepreneurs as various events that they go through. My responsibility was to deliver a digital solution for all administrative obligations that citizens have when going through pregnancy. Claiming money from the government when a citizen is sick, when they are injured, or when taking care of a family member.

This project's vision was to create a new section on the site Slovensko.sk where citizens communicate with the government, find important information, and apply for different electronic services. I was a part of the design team that was responsible for delivering prototypes for 17 different situations. Survey. Preparing topics and questions for quantitative and qualitative surveys. Analyzing reports. Brainstorming sessions. Phase of understanding citizens, how they interact with Slovensko.sk, and what their issues and needs are. Prototype & Wireframe. Based on our research, we modeled test scenarios and created a clickable prototype. Usability testing. We went throught internal and user testing, where we attained interesting data. Design system. Working with IDSK, which is an official library design system for all government sites.
